Cision Communications Cloud (TrendKite)* is being used across the whole organization for tracking and reporting news coverage regarding our clients.

*This review was written before Cision acquired TrendKite. TrendKite is now part of Cision Communications Cloud.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Easy to use graphs and charts
Clean coverage reports
Unlimited search terms

Cons

If you delete one clip from the dashboard it should be deleted across all dashboard for that client
When asking customer service having them complete the tasks in a timely manner
after 30 days customer service disappears and I have had several account managers

Alternatives Considered

Cision PR Software, Agility PR Solutions and Meltwater Media Intelligence Platform

Cision Communication Cloud seems to be the most intuitive out of all the systems. It is easy to use.

Likelihood to Recommend

Cision Communications Cloud (TrendKite)* really shines in the reports they create for clients. They provide easy-to-create editable reports that can be customized to the client's desire.

Transition from TrendKite to Cision Communications Cloud

Support Rating

When we first signed up, Cision (TrendKite)* customer service was super responsive and checked in on a regular basis. Now 6 months in, customer service is less responsive and I have had a few different account reps.
