Overall Satisfaction with Cision Communications Cloud

We use Cision Communications Cloud (TrendKite)* to quantify the results of our work.

Pros

  • Allows us to set up multiple dashboards for different clients
  • Allows us to present results from publicity campaigns in a quantified manner
  • Customer support is pretty responsive

Cons

  • Inability to add articles from e-editions of magazines
  • Manually adding articles is a slow process
  • Tracks several false/unrelated mentions and misses credible mentions
One of our big clients required us to get Cision Communications Cloud.
When one of your big corporate clients requires you to subscribe so they can have year-over-year data sets to gauge our work--which was the case for us.

Transition from TrendKite to Cision Communications Cloud

Most of the time we encounter an issue, there's nothing the tech support person can do to fix it on their end.
