Overall Satisfaction with Cision Communications Cloud

We use it for tracking conversation about a brand in the news.

Pros

  • Tracking media mentions.
  • Sentiment coding.

Cons

  • Full text of media articles mentioning my brand.
  • Updated boolean query options.
Zignal has more sophisticated tracking and alerting, but it is significantly more expensive.
Very good for high-level uses. Not as great for deep dives or real-time tracking.
