Overall Satisfaction with Triblio
Triblio was originally shown to us by another company in our industry with a similar market and comparable service offering. As part of their account-based marketing strategy, it stood out as a critical tool for a.) targeting only the individuals you want to see ads, b.) tracking engagement of those targets, and c.) incorporating intent data. Since implementing Triblio in our marketing department, we've realized those capabilities by absorbing intent data through Triblio's partnership with Bombora intent data and seen higher engagement with a much narrower focus, resulting in more effective ad spend and better follow-up activation with sales.
- Customer support and training.
- Integration with other platforms.
- Effective ad targeting.
- Communication of new features or changes to UI.
- Higher visibility into help tickets or requests to check into unusual results.
- Better communication of technical requirements to launch small campaigns.
- Decreased ad spend through focused targeting.
- Higher visibility into account engagement.
- Better measurement of ROI for campaign effort and ad spend.
In all honestly, the first account manager we were assigned seemed ill-equipped to handle our questions or direct us in adopting new practices using the platform. However, a single note to this effect resulted in face-to-face and quick resolution from the head of support, a new representative, who has been great to work with, and weekly calls to go over campaigns we are running.
I think there are very similar technical capabilities, but firsthand recommendation from another user and direct integration with Bombora and HubSpot were key decision points for us. Cost was another decision point. Firsthand recommendation and the in-depth level of demonstration from both sales staff and current users was very helpful.
