Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
We use Trinet across the organization for our HR and payroll processing needs. One of the issues we had previously was that PTO was tracked outside of the system. We now use TriNet to track PTO effectively. Due to our small size, we have also benefited from the economies of scale with our benefits pricing.
Pros
- Payroll Processing
- New Hire set up and I9 verifications eliminates compliance issues
- Executive Dashboard - very easy to view employee activity at a glance
Cons
- Adding new deductions is still a fairly manual process
- It's been a positive experience for my organization from a processing standpoint.
- The employees have a hard time because they can't really speak to a HR person directly when they have issues. Everything is routed through customer service.
