  • All our beneftis and HR functions are handled by Trinet. I run two companies and we use Trinet for both: Punch Cyber Analytics Group and King & Union

Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

Marlene, our account rep, is outstanding. I hope/expect that the other reps are as good.
As a small business, we outsource all our HR (payroll, onboarding, etc) and benefit management to Trinet. It helps us focus on the growing the business vs. that operational component.

Pros

  • Staff support is awesome.
  • Payroll and associated functions are easy to set up and use.
  • Trinet is helpful with guidance for a small business (i.e. webinars around small business concerns).

Cons

  • The portal could be a *little* better laid out.
  • I'd like more automation (reports set up once, and then automatically sent along).
  • They helped us achieve our GSA accreditation via their reporting and built in processes.
  • Helped tremendously with employee onboarding.
  • Takes the burden of HR/payroll off of the company.
I've not yet had a case where Trinet didn't resolve to my satisfaction.
