Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
As a small business, we outsource all our HR (payroll, onboarding, etc) and benefit management to Trinet. It helps us focus on the growing the business vs. that operational component.
Pros
- Staff support is awesome.
- Payroll and associated functions are easy to set up and use.
- Trinet is helpful with guidance for a small business (i.e. webinars around small business concerns).
Cons
- The portal could be a *little* better laid out.
- I'd like more automation (reports set up once, and then automatically sent along).
- They helped us achieve our GSA accreditation via their reporting and built in processes.
- Helped tremendously with employee onboarding.
- Takes the burden of HR/payroll off of the company.
