Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

It has been helpful when giving advice regarding documenting employee mistakes and terminations.
We use it for HR, payroll, and some other employee benefits.

Pros

  • Great customer support
  • Easy to use website
  • Organized process for open enrollment

Cons

  • My dedicated representatives turn over too quickly
  • Great for payroll accuracy and reporting
  • Easy for employees to monitor their own benefits
