Pure payroll experience
Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
Trinet is our PEO and is being being used for HR and Payroll purposes. We looked to add expense as well (especially since it included in the cost) but chose a Concur due to the faster turn around time.
Pros
- The Trinet support group are responsive and accurate. Having a problem is [usually] easily solved
- Regular group meetings for staff on benefits
- Payroll reports have provided all information I have needed to ascertain. Also most reports can be downloaded as Excel reports to edit to what is needed
Cons
- The preview available when submitting payroll does not supply sufficient information. For the review I want like to be able to see a check register before submitting payroll. It would give us the ability to catch more errors before payroll was run
- Very expensive, and lots of charges when payroll changes are made.
- We did not have to hire a full time HR manager. The employee responsible for payroll and HR only devotes a few hours of time every week, in most cases
- Helps eliminate most employee inquires for information.
