Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

Customer support has been great with Nicole being very responsive when I have had questions about how to do something.
We use trinet for our organization to be the employer of record, handing all of our payroll needs.

  • Website can be improved to find things, but looks like beta is in the works so looking forward to that
  • Helped handle HR, payroll, and onboarding is great
