Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

Customer support is always very fast. They usually respond to questions within an hour or so.
Trinet is used for timekeeping, benefits management and employee management across the business.
  • Trinet makes the benefits and payroll requirements process very easy to follow.
  • Provides flexibility in establishing benefit profiles.
  • Managing payroll easy and automated.
  • Navigating leaves of absence that exceed one pay period was difficult.
  • The process of running reports is not intuitive.
  • Trinet significantly reduced the total time needed to start the business and onboard employees.
  • Trinet all but completely removes the payroll management burden.
I could not find an alternative solution to Trinet that offered the services for comparable price.
Trinet is well suited to manage the workforce of a small moderate sized company. Companies with larger quantities of personnel that can support overhead staff would likely not benefit.
