Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
I use Trinet for human resources and payroll purposes. It's used across the whole organization and it helps to address any issues that come up with termination or new hire. Trinet has been a wonderful way to keep track of the employees, their pay and their status within the company. I trust Trinet follows all state laws with regards to pay and human resources issues.
Pros
- Representatives get on the phone quickly to speak to customers.
- Representatives are knowledgeable about most, if not all of the issues that I've had and have walked me through how to deal with them.
- Representatives are always friendly and willing to work with me at all times.
- The ease of knowing that if I don't get my direct specialist, I will get another person who will take care of me.
- I have learned so much more about payroll and human resources through Trinet.
Cons
- I have no issues where there needs to be room for improvement.
- I am not as knowledgeable about the things that Trinet covers for the company, i.e., insurance, payroll, etc., and therefore need Trinet and am happy with all of my contact with the company.
- Our company is too new to have any problems or find any problems with Trinet.
- Trinet has nothing but absolutely positive impact on business objectives.
