Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

When we have had questions or issues with on boarding or off boarding, the TriNet team has provided valuable input and guidance.
The daily/weekly HR functions as are readily accessible via the web site.
TriNet is our PEO. They handle all of our HR functions including payroll and benefits for the entire company.

Pros

  • Payroll is handled flawlessly.
  • The benefits selection is very good. I have not received any complaints about the benefit options.

Cons

  • The new web site is a bit cumbersome.
  • It would be good to have more flexible customer reporting.
  • TriNet has reduced the overhead associated with all HR functions.
TriNet is well suited for small to medium sized companies where god HR functions are important but they don't want to hire the expertise in house.
