Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

Our account rep is good to work with and is prompt in answering questions and assisting.
Very user friendly.
We utilize TriNet for our small company. It handles our HR and Benefits.
  • They respond to our questions.
  • They correct problems.
  • The site is user friendly.
  • We've had glitches in the cloud options - mostly Expense.
  • Cost effective.
I haven't used others.
It's a good cost saver for our start-up company so that we do not have to hire a HR department.
