Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

I have received strong positive feedback from company employees regarding the quality of the TriNet service team.
Technology platforms are always evolving. TriNet's portal is very good, but can improve.
Payroll, Benefits, 401k. We use TriNet for our entire organization. TriNet fully satisfies our PEO outsourcing needs with HR consultation and support.
  • Payroll administration is virtually flawless
  • Benefits selection variety, selection and administration
  • Transamerica 401K
  • HR Consultation, support, advice and counsel
  • Would love to see some sort of onboarding platform with the capability of adding additional company content and checklists
  • An easier to use performance management technology platform
  • Personalized care for onboarding and periodic follow up with employees.
  • Payroll, benefits and 401K admin have been great assets!
  • HR support for terminations and concerns have been very helpful
  • Insperity
The TriNet sales team was much more engaged in my decision. Their energy, tenacity and aggressive pricing approach closed my decision.
Insperity did not have anything that TriNet did not offer.
Less appropriate for company sizes less than 10.
