Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

We use TriNet as our HR service provider for our entire company of 12 employees.
  • Responses are almost always prompt.
  • Our reps almost always have the answers to my questions at their fingertips, and on the rare occasion when they don't, they know whom to ask for help.
  • The web portal is very, very slow, especially when generating reports.
  • The portal should have a feature for uploading files with sensitive information so we don't have to email them to our rep
  • The portal should accommodate payroll deductions, instead of making us complete forms manually.
It's astonishing how quickly our reps get back to us!
The portal does what it needs to do, but finding things is often unintuitive. The web portal is very slow, and report generation is painfully slow.
