Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

We use TriNet across the entire organization in order to manage our payroll and benefits for all employees.
  • Customer service is excellent. They are responsive, work quickly, and get me the answer to my questions immediately or within 24 hours from another team.
  • Pricing is reasonable.
  • You get good perks from the TriNet marketplace - for example, they have the best discount on Apple products I've been able to find.
  • Their reporting system is painfully slow - up to 30 seconds every time you want to pull a new report.
They are excellent at answering my questions quickly and accurately. And I've never had a technical problem with their website.
Usability is good, I kind of hate the way the new sidebar works, where the text is automatically hidden so you only see a set of hard to decipher images.

  • Maintain HR compliance
  • Onboard new employees simply.
I would definitely recommend TriNet for a small company that wants to keep administrative staff to a minimum.
