Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

We currently utilize it for payroll and all HR functions.

Pros

  • Payroll processing (including workers compensation payments).
  • HR Compliance since we have employees in different states.
  • Benefit selections for a small business without huge rate increases each year.

My direct team has been great and always looking to make sure I am best utilizing the resources offered by TriNet for our employees.
It's extremely user-friendly, especially the app.
  • Improved payroll accuracy and deposits.
  • Time off monitoring and tracking easily.
  • Access to more benefit options for employees to part take in.
If you are a small company looking to outsource most of your HR functions(due to staffing and expense) and get access to the benefits of larger companies, then TriNet would be a great option.
