Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

We use TriNet as our PEO to handle benefits and payroll for our entire company.

Pros

  • Good benefits options.
  • Great support staff.
  • Nice website for employees to log in.

Cons

  • Benefits pricing isn't the most competitive.
  • Per-user costs add up over time.
  • Reporting has come a long way but still could be improved.
They have a great team to support the accounts and help out with day-to-day questions.
The system works well for thousands of companies.
  • Helping for payroll accuracy.
  • Reduces questions and requests from employees.
TriNet was slow to act during COVID with PPP reporting, but since then they have launched some helpful tools for us.
Good for startups that need to get set up on benefits quickly but if you're a larger company, it could be cheaper to go out on your own.
