Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

We are a tiny business; from the beginning, we used TriNet for all our HR needs. That kept us from dealing with payroll, employment law, benefits, and the myriad changes that come each year in the world of HR. We focus on our work, and TriNet focuses on theirs.

Pros

  • Easy to use online platform.
  • Payroll and tax reporting.
  • Customer service for any needs we have.

Cons

  • Service fees are getting to be high enough where I question using TriNet.
  • Because I focus only on my business, I make more money than my competitors even while spending on TriNet.
  • The benefits I can offer are not available with my competitors making me the employer of choice.
Everything I do is made easy by the system. So benefits and payroll, which I primarily use, are fast, easy, and efficient.
No matter what, I need a competent professional available to help.

I'm not sure where it is less useful, but TriNet is a great resource for any business that does not want to build its own HR function and wants to stay focused on its business. I just got feedback from a company I referred that started using TriNet, and they are very happy.
