We utilize TriNet for full service HR and Payroll.

[I feel] customer service is non-existent after the implementation of Connect360.
The platform is very easy to use.

TriNet helped us navigate the CARES ACT and its applicability to our business.
12 months ago I would have rated TriNet an 8 or 9. However, since the implementation of Connect360, the service has gone from great to non-existent. I am getting complaints from my employees about their inability to get issues resolved and as the employer, it can take weeks to get answers to questions. For example, I currently have a support ticket open for one of my employees and I'm on 20 days without a response.
