Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

Keystone uses the TriNet platform for payroll and benefits.

Pros

  • Reporting.
  • Benefits support.
  • Client support.

Cons

  • Benefits support needs more clarification and timely notification.
  • Reporting is not always intuitive.
  • Account management has lost its one-to-one feel.
The online interactive chats have been timely and helpful. I am not sure Keystone is knowledgeable as to how to best use TriNet's HR support. Difficult to handle through chats or phone calls to someone that doesn't know the company.
Platform is generally straightforward to use. However, that is me as the administrator. I do not believe that the general employee population really uses the platform.
It hasn't really.
Basic payroll services with some level of reporting. Benefit programs for a small operation.
