Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Buyers
I was looking for reviews to help in the purchase of antivirus software for home use.
- To understand my options (i.e. build my short list or long list)
- To compare products
- To validate vendor claims
- To confirm my decision
- To see what other users think of the product I am currently using
I checked many reviews from different users and different antivirus products. It allowed me to compare, to know what were the problems or weaknesses of each software and what were the virtues and potentialities. In most cases, I found opinions based on the user's experience, which I find very reliable.
I like that the reviews are based on the user experience - specific in what you like and do not like about the software. A review does not seem reliable if it is very general and only talks about software features that anyone can know by looking for the software on Google. The really important thing is to know what you think of the software, the good and the bad, what functions should improve, add or remove.
Having other users' evaluations about a product is tremendously valuable. It allows you to avoid buying a product that will be more expensive in money and time. Having reviews from other users allows you to find the software that best suits your needs, in a faster and more reliable way.

- Enable a possibility to suggest that TrustRadius add some software that is not in the current list.
- I have no other suggestions to add. I think it is a very complete tool. They have a fairly complete search engine for specific searches.

[What stood out about TrustRadius was] The possibility of having access to a well structured review, with quite complete and well-thought-out answers. [I could] Find everything in one place about a variety of software, with verified users.
I was able to ask suppliers directly about specific questions, thanks to the opinions of the users.
