Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Buyers
I was looking to evaluate several software options for updating website and maintenance of artist portfolio.
- To understand my options (i.e. build my short list or long list)
- To compare products
- To determine what to ask a vendor
- To find evidence to support my recommendation to colleagues or my client
- To see what other users think of the product I am currently using
The reviews are very detailed and helpful to get the answers I need to fully compare and evaluate products.
[I look for] Practical use information and honest reviews on what doesn't work.
Reviews give a realistic understanding of products by users, not just the sales pitch from the company.
- Easy to navigate.
- Good quantity and quality of reviews.
- From industry professionals.
- Not as mobile friendly.
- Not every product I need information for is available.
For my final list, I scheduled demos for further analysis.
It was easier to find and get the information I needed on TrustRadius.
Not sure, probably didn't [affect my interactions with vendors].
