Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Buyers
We were looking at BI tools that we could incorporate into our own off the shelf software tools. I am the CEO of a small software start-up so was one of the key decision makers along with our CTO.

- To compare products
- To validate vendor claims
- To confirm my decision
- To find evidence to support my recommendation to colleagues or my client
- To see what other users think of the product I am currently using
TrustRadius provided a very balanced independent view of each of the tools that we were considering for internal use or recommending to our clients that gave us confidence to move forward on products for our company to use or our clients to consider.
[I look to see] That reviewers have provided both positive and negative reviews in the past. Individuals that focus just on positives and that do not present negative feedback don't give me the level of trust that they are impartial.
[Having reviews as a resource is] Very high value. It was very useful.

Looked at other review sites. Many were useful on price of tools but not balanced on independence of review process.
Simple navigation straight to the useful data.
