Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Buyers
Switching to more automated accounting software. We have also been needing software that is based in the cloud especially since we are mostly remote now. We were able to use TrustRadius for reviews to see first-hand experience with the product. This definitely helped us narrow down what product we wanted to go with.

- Abundance of reviews from all types of companies.
- The wide range of products listed.
- Provide a check list for reviewers to mark off so buyers can search for specific items.
- Expand your marketing. I only knew about TrustRadius essentially by accident.

Definitely has a lot more reviews from a much broader range of companies in my opinion. This gave us plenty of insight as to what the product offers and how it has provided for other companies.
They were helpful in seeing how products ranked, but they only go so far. Seeing real-life companies give their input goes much further and gives us much more insight as to what will work for us. I’d choose looking at reviews over seeing which one is considered the best.
I want to see positive reviews along with the solutions they provided, product videos showing how they worked and integrated with other products, and the best products they integrate with. I’ve found that just because they say they integrate with a product, it sometimes is very limited in the integration.
