Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Buyers
We looked at so many test management tools that I can't remember all of them.
We were looking for a test management tool. We trialed Zephyr by SmartBear, we tried a bunch of other free trials as well. We needed this because we have expanded our QA team by double and the management of our test cases were getting out of hand. 4 people were involved in this process. We took about 6 months from starting to look to purchasing.
- I really like TrustRadius because the reviews are written by users like us.
- It is a free tool.
- You can find reviews for almost any product.
- I don't think the platform is missing anything.

I like TrustRadius better, easier user interface, easier searching, more thoughtful reviews than what I found with the other platforms.
Product reviews, ratings, demos, list of integrations, pricing, ease of finding the information we are looking for. If we have to pull teeth or jump through hoops to find information that typically leads us to not using that product.
