Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Buyers

We considered using Google Charts but decided to stick with Power BI due to its robustness and most users being familiar with it. However, we looked at other reviews in TrustRadius to weigh our decision on which software to use. Our company uses Sage Intacct to organize and maintain product orders for the many clinics in our organization. It has been of great help in maintaining supplies across every clinic and having the appropriate payments made.
The most recent product is Microsoft Power BI which was needed in order to visually interpret our data and look for trends. We use the interface to keep up with clinic monthly production and collections, using charts to see the effectiveness of recent marketing efforts, and in order to be able to hit key metrics every month.

The main reason we stuck with using TrustRadius is the clean look of the website. It is extremely easy to navigate and find all the required information without having to look around. There is even a "TR" score that can help give a quick glance to see if it is worth spending more time researching the product.
We did not use analyst reports during our research process. Our main source of information was TrustRadius.
Aside from the overall score, we mostly look at the pricing of the service or product and make sure that it will be beneficial to our business goals. Also, looking at who else uses this product helps in determining if the product aligns with our needs. The videos included on the page are also great to help.
I would highly recommend TrustRadius to someone who is researching a new product or software they need for their business. There is all the information a new customer would need such as reviews, videos, and other similar products, and everything is presented in a clean look. The page of a product does not look distracting or cluttered with unnecessary information. For someone who is looking for information about a new product, the TrustRadius page includes pricing and or fees associated with it. Overall, it is hard to not recommend TrustRadius to any business owner who is in need of researching a new product.
