TrustRadius products address the need to persuade prospects in the evaluation stage of the buyer's journey. Our Premium Profile serves as a hub for prospects to view a wide variety of Lifesize product reviews from a wide variety of roles and industries. You would be surprised how many of our website visitors visit our TrustRadius profile pre- and post-conversion. Furthermore, TrustQuotes allows our sales and sales development teams to identify timely and appropriate quotes to send along to their accounts during the sales process.
- TrustQuotes allows you to easily categorize and recall important, topic-specific quotes for sales enablement and website proof points.
- Review Accelerator is a hands-off way to get lots of reviews quickly. Provide a list to your account rep, and they do the rest.
- Our Premium Profile provides a robust description of our company, comparison to similar products and trackable links back to our website...all in one place.
- Website UX and UI could use a touch up
- The scoring element is unintuitive. The UX suggests that the TrustScore is a compilation of your category scores, but it's not.

Nothing that rivals TrustRadius directly. I use G2 Crowd for lead gen programs, and I use TrustPilot for SEO content. I haven't come across anything that rivals TrustRadius feature for feature.
I love how TrustRadius reviews are long-form. On TrustPilot, a 10-word blurb is enough to get posted. On TrustRadius, they ensure you are a power user by requiring more thorough answers. This is a HUGE plus for this product. This reduces the number of crazy, whimsical irrational reviews you get from upset customers.
