TrustRadius has given us a fantastic look into how our customers utilize our product. It gives us the great, the ok and sometimes the ugly of what is going on with each customer who takes the time to give their review of our product. It has given us the ability to provide feedback to all areas of the company which allows us to really focus on what matters most for us and that is our customers.

It has helped us to identify customer positives and negatives all while increasing brand awareness and reputation. It has helped us to close deals, being able to reference certain reviews customers have given, and allows us to post those reviews using their widget straight to our website so customers do not have to go searching.
We have used competitors of TrustRadius, but once we became customers and utilized their system, there truly is NO competition. TrustRadius wins hands down. TR has the innovative edge and customer knowledge to stay and keep ahead of the game. There just simply is no alternative. If you want to know and understand what your customers are thinking, TrustRadius is the key.
Being able to use your LinkedIn account solves soooo many hurdles for us and being able to generate reviews from our customers. No one likes to create another profile with another company with another password you have to remember. This was key and it was so easy for our customers to just login and share their review and then be done. There was no time spent creating a profile you may never use again or getting frustrated and giving up. It was quick, easy and convenient. They were great when it came to being able to validate customers who gave reviews that we could ping to possibly be a reference for a prospect or case study we were needing. It was quick and easy to find.
10 Stars!!!! Loved the team we worked with! They were just fantastic and have become an extended part of my work family. They are always easy to get in touch with and constantly asking what more they can do to help as well as coming up with new ways for us to utilize the program.
