We are looking to support our sales team. TrustRadius has assisted us in this process via TrustQuotes for Salesforce as well as Buyer's Guides.
- Customer support is FANTASTIC. They really take the time to listen to feedback and make appropriate adjustments.
- They offer innovative services that change the way organizations utilize reviews. Their TQ for SFDC features are fantastic.
- We feel their Buyer's Guides accurately represent the market. I never feel like they are pay to play, which is important in the industry. I actually trust them.
- This review questionnaire took a long time to fill out and asked some questions I couldn’t answer. From a business perspective, it may prevent some drop off in terms of our customers not having time to complete the entire survey. By allowing for early submission, we may have a lot more reviews.

I'm not entirely sure about specific ROIs, although I am positive we have seen a significant one with TrustRadius. However, our sales team has told us within a month of using TrustQuotes, they are saving a TON of time on deals!
We use other review sites like G2 Crowd, Software Advice, etc. However, TrustRadius is much better and more trustworthy.
TrustRadius has allowed me to help sales win more deals. We have not set "KPIs" per say, just hearsay from sales.
TrustRadius asks questions that provide our product and service leaders with value. They empower our leaders to make adjustments based on real user feedback. They also allow account managers to follow up with customers on a variety of topics in order to increase customer satisfaction.
