The program allowed us to quickly and easily aggregate reviews from our customer base. I believe the largest problem these offerings solved was bandwidth...being able to offload these campaigns and programs was very helpful and our team was able to continue working on corporate initiatives.

  • The recommendations on how to incorporate reviews into various sales and marketing initiatives, along with how to create additional value, were great

TrustRadius has allowed us to gather objective and authenticated reviews of our products. It's allowed us to address customer and product questions, as well as facilitated our sales teams to leverage reviews for emails and outreach.
We haven't used any others.
We have received great responses from our customers, using custom questions was a big part in being able to get this data. Being able to ask questions specific to our industry and products were a huge advantage to collecting the best information.
TrustRadius has provided my organization the ability to engage with our customers in a different way, assess any needs and provide specific feedback. All of this with minimal impact to our staff, TrustRadius served as an extension of our team in the important task of customer feedback.
TrustRadius can be a great addition to most organizations looking to objectively gather their customers' experiences. Most companies that provide products or services and are looking to grow, can really leverage the reviews to further penetrate existing markets or new ones.

    Michelle - Thank you for providing a very thoughtful review and for your continued TrustRadius partnership. We are proud to be an extension of your team and love hearing that we've been able to help you scale in-depth reviews with minimal impact to your team. You are absolutely correct that we need to provide better access to comprehensive reporting. We have a project under way right now to implement self-service dashboards and reporting as part of the TrustRadius Vendor Portal. We hired a UX / designer onto our development team this year specifically to take on this and a couple other projects. I will ask your Customer Success Manager (Grishma) and our dev team to include you in early preview and feedback sessions to make sure we're on the right track. These will likely be some time in September, depending on how quickly the work progresses. Until we've rolled out these new capabilities, please don't hesitate to request any data and reporting you might need from your CSM.
