The premium TrustProfile supports our ability to manage our brand reputation on external sites. Prospects trust the objective reviews of our customers, so maintaining a profile and investing in managing our profile on TrustRadius helps us to take control of our brand and to connect with potential customers. The ability to have CTAs pointing back to our site, as well as additional opportunities to upload screenshots and other materials, helps to fill out our profile to provide prospects with more information on our company and our product. We really appreciate having the ability to support our prospects during their research process. TrustQuotes helps us to leverage the detailed reviews of our customers on our own site, to add credibility and an outside perspective to what we are promoting about ourselves.
  • The CTA flexibility and the ability to add screenshots/videos/assets
  • Visitor insights, where you can see the companies that are looking at your profile
  • The review summary, and sorting options to help prospects filter to the reviews that are most relevant
  • The portal to manage the vendor profiles is not the easiest to navigate, but once you get used to where things are located, it works well
  • TrustRadius has removed the lead component to the profiles (prospects could click to download a report, and the lead information would be sent to the vendor). While this make sense for the business purposes of their site, it still is a con if you are trying to find prospects who are actively interested in your solution

TrustRadius has helped us to manage our brand reputation, and connect with our customers and potential prospects as they search for a trusted, objective view on solutions that may be of interest. Through our customer reviews, we have been able to learn more about product strengths and weaknesses, and have gained valuable information that will help our internal product team, as well as potential customers.
There are other online review sites out there, and each has its own unique value proposition. We have found TrustRadius to be one of the best for managing and maintaining our brand reputation, and for providing prospects with valuable customer insights on our solution. We will continue to invest with TrustRadius since we believe the market views them as a credible, trustworthy source for objective company comparisons.
The types of questions and depth of the reviews on TrustRadius has helped us to collect unique insights from our customer base that we may not have gathered otherwise. TrustQuotes has given us the added bonus of selecting certain quotes to feature on our site, to promote what our customers are saying about us to potential customers.
TrustRadius has helped our marketing team in a few ways. By gaining more customer reviews, we are able to learn more about our existing customers and provide better references to potential customers. Through CTAs, we have driven quality traffic to our website to learn more about our products and connect with our sales team. Moving forward, we will continue to leverage the new offerings to continue supporting our product, marketing, and sales teams.

From a corporate communications, marketing, and sales perspective, maintaining a profile and keeping your product offerings up to date can only be a positive. There's also the capability to gain insights into the companies that are viewing your company profile, so you can arm your sales team with information on companies that might be in the market for your solution.
