  • Review Acceleration Program: eliminates the burden of emailing customers for reviews. Customers love the incentives!
  • TrustQuotes Library: Easy for us to gather quotes that we will use in marketing material. Also great to give to sales folks!
  • TrustQuotes for Web: Awesome widget that we have on a lot of landing pages. Great way to show the customers' voice!

We have increased our reviews by 63% and our ratings by 39%!! We also now have 252 TrustQuotes that we can use.
TrustRadius' vendor offerings are much different than what we have used before (Capterra, software advice, etc.). The analytics of the TrustRadius vendor system is far superior to what we have used previously. Also, I think that the case studies are much less biased than other review sites.
The TrustRadius acceleration program has helped us with our goal of upping our peer review site ratings/reviews.
The custom questions were a game changer for us, since our product is always changing. They allowed us to gather info on what aspects of the product that we needed to focus on.
It is great for a product that is completely built out - hard for us to right now to get reviews since our product is par-baked.

Great at the start of a new product because the customer's voice will let people know where the product really is.
