Overall product review of our platform and how SalesLoft has benefited our customers and their team's performance. Most common departments and roles are sales leaders and reps.
We are leveraging TrustRadius to see where we need to improve for our platform and customer experience.
  • The campaign was seamless.
  • Our CS rep is very accommodating and helpful in sharing campaign updates.
  • I wish the vendor portal had a more built-out reporting and metrics page. Not sure if we have to purchase those capabilities but it's difficult to always have to ask our CSM for these stats.
  • The impact of TrustRadius has been on the quality of our reviews from our larger customers, with often logos that have bigger reach (which is important as we are breaking into the enterprise segment more).

G2Crowd is another vendor we use for reviews. We wanted to differentiate and target another customer segment with TrustRadius.
We are well on our way of achieving an OKR for the year. Goal is to have 50 fresh reviews by EOY. With 30 reviews completed, we are on our way there!
So far, the content quality has been high.
It's well-suited when targeting specific customers of certain segments.
