It allowed us to put quotes on our site that verified how much people loved our product. These helped boost conversion rates. The system was really easy to use and it was super easy to customize. As a web designer I was able to use custom CSS to make it fit our branding needs. It was amazing!

We saw a boost in conversion rates on our free trial and contact us pages. I don't know how much that affected our sales and I can't quite remember the actual numbers, but it was a significant amount. It also helped that we were able to filter the reviews by specific products.
We got pretty decent feedback about all the products. Our custom questions seem to be answered more frequently because they are more tailored to the specific user.
I have not worked with another company like TrustRadius. This was a first time experience for me. I had such a good experience with it that I would to bring it to my new company. It truly makes a difference in conversions because people recognize and trust the TrustRadius brand. It's a leader in its field.
It just helped boost conversions on our landing page and free trial pages.
