Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Vendors

We use TrustRadius to collect product reviews of our services. We can see from the data that users will look at these reviews to help make their purchasing decision. TrustRadius is used by our Marketing team, specifically by our Brand and Content team members. We also share great reviews with our Sales team.

The reviews have been really great. However, our challenge is getting more of our customers to write a review. We know our customers are happy, but they are also busy and may not be focused on providing reviews of every tool in their stack. Including a recommendation to leave a TrustRadius review in a customer email is a helpful way to gain more reviews.
Custom Questions is a feature that allows you to write your own questions tailored to your business into the review. This is helpful to learn more about how our customers use the product and can dive deeper into specific elements of the product and product pillars. We can also ask customers about their experience with our team.
We have not considered any alternatives to TrustRadius. It is what we have used at Kyriba and previous companies I've worked at.
TrustRadius has helped me in my digital role by providing me with quality quotes we can use on the website and in our content. It also helps us understand how real users talk about our tool. This can redirect the way we write our copy and can be a way to reinforce that we are speaking our target audience's language.
TrustRadius is something that I've had featured on websites in the past because it is a trusted source, and the stars look good at a glance to reinforce the brand. It's great for gaining reviews, but we use a different tool to conduct surveys of customers. TrustRadius is a tool used by multiple marketers on our team and is something I'd definitely recommend to colleagues outside the company.
