Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Vendors
We were always looking for new, top of the line products to assist in better marketing practices. We knew that we could count on TrustRadius to provide us with accurate and trustworthy information before making any big purchases on new software. TrustRadius gave the marketing team peace of mind before pursuing new technology.

- We focused on improving our overall rating which intern was able to create our TrustRadius account from a place for reviews into a sales tool.
- By having a high rating on TrustRadius we were proud to push our profile across email, social, and internally to "show off" the great work that our product was doing.
We have worked with other review sites such as G2 Crowd & Gartner. TrustRadius by far has a more intuitive platform, and provides us with more insight that similar competitors.
By focusing on our customers, reaching out to those who weren't being answered, and by simply offering help we were able to significantly increase our overall rating. In-turn this increased sales and created a better sales point for potential customers. Without the insight that TrustRadius provides, we would not have been able to utilize something so powerful as our own customers, our #1 marketing tool.
TrustRadius has provided us top of the line content that we can utilize throughout marketing, and content that we feel comfortable directing potential customers too. It is icing on top of the cake for potential customers to have page after page of detailed reviews from real customers before signing onto our product.
