We use the quotes library to help share the reviews internally with our sales team as well as post them on our websites, social media, etc. It is very helpful with being able to tag our quotes so we can quickly reference them. Also useful for our demand gen team to use for landing pages etc.

We use the review management program to help maintain our collection of reviews on our behave which helps tremendously with our overall company goals around review sites. We see a very successful response rate to the outreach as well.
We use the TrustRadius platform across our organization in several different departments.

  3. Sales Organization
It helps with providing prospects accurate and real information on our product offerings. Also allows our sales teams to use the reviews as an additional tool in the sales process.
  • Very useful in regards to tagging and organizing quote library.
  • Can quickly sort and find a specific customer review
  • Accurate reporting on ratings and amount of reviews
  • Not being able to create unique slugs in the vendor portal
  • Easier to use reporting features at times can be non user-friendly
  • Not able to allow customers to leave reviews in their native language, which being a global company this cuts out all of our non-english speaking customers and prospects.

It has helped us in regards to the number of references. Also has been able to increase brand awareness and help us identify case studies and product advocacy. This helps us grow our global customer advocacy program which allows moreacts of advocacy throughout Genesys.
We use G2 Crowd, Capterra, and Peer Insights. By far TrustRadius has the most user-friendly vendor portal but lacks in regards to not being able to allow customer to leave reviews in their native language which truly limits our customer base.
My main KPI is the amount of reviews collected, TrustRadius review collection outreach on our behalf has helped us go above and beyond our goal for the amount of reviews we have so far collected across all three of our product offerings
TrustRadius has collected several of our customer reviews! These are a powerful tool for our company to use to help identify improvements of our products as well as help educate potential customers.
TrustRadius is well suited and easy to use for our customers to leave reviews. It is very helpful to hear our customer feedback and allows prospects to hear current customer feedback as well. The only thing holding me back from referring it to other colleagues is that it is not very well suited for a global company when it only allows English written reviews.
