Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use TrustRadius for Vendors to source reviews for our different software products. We then use the reviews to help sell our product to others, show our market presence, track competitors and use the feedback to improve our sales, support, and success teams. Marketing uses some of the quotes/widgets on our website, and we also are able to better identify future references and happy clients to work with further.

Pros and Cons

Reviews are easy to track.
Collecting reviews on multiple products is easy.
Ranking/comparing competitors is available.

I would like to see more comprehensive product listing pages.
Some additional reporting/tracking features would be nice.

Return on Investment

TrustRadius helps find potential client story partners to go more in-depth with.
Quotes widget improves length of time on our site.
TrustRadius gives us additional PR, Social Media, and Marketing content by being able to publish reviews and awards.

Custom Questions

Customers are able to highlight specific areas of our product that they enjoy, and give us ideas for improvement on things they don't care for. This allows potential customers to see the pros and cons from somebody other than a sales representative and helps them make a more unbiased decision. We also get new ideas for use cases based on some of the things clients share.

Alternatives Considered

We use TrustRadius for Vendors along with other vendor review platforms. We find that a large portion of our audience already uses TrustRadius for other products they may have or are considering.

TrustRadius for Vendors is a good platform for B2B and B2C businesses who can benefit from the social proof of reviews. The platform is easy to use and doesn't require more than a couple of quick meetings to get rolling. This is a valuable tool for several different organizational teams (marketing, support, success, etc.) and is a good way for clients to communicate and share their thoughts with us.
