Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Vendors

We use TrustRadius for Vendors to display customer reviews, and showcase the award badges on our website and sales presentations to build trust with prospects and display product credibility. We also utilize intent data for generating new business and reducing the risk of churn as it highlights companies that are showing intent towards purchasing our product or viewing competitor products.

We attempted to use the intent data for new business generation via an outbound strategy with our BDR and via a LinkedIn campaign, but unfortunately, neither brought any results. Whenever we saw one of our customers displaying signs of intent by comparing our competitor vendors, we would alert Customer Success to ensure everything was going well for their account.
TrustRadius for Vendors does encourage higher-quality reviews by providing a recommended word count to aim for and via offering voucher incentives and also offering tips on topic areas that are most popular amongst the community, which gives you a good steer on the topics to talk about in the reviews. The reviews are also easy to consume on the website.
The customer success team was friendly and helpful, but I felt there lacked structure around our check-ins, and a plan to stick to that aligned with our business objectives, which I felt did just come into place before we ceased custom with them, which was due to us not achieving the results we were after.

It's well-suited to organisations where TrustRadius is a recognised source for technology evaluation, so it they can bring high levels of traffic to your website. It's more appropriate for enterprise organisations that offer more niche products and clearly understand who their target customer is. That will help identify who from the particular company is displaying intent of purchase.
