Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Vendors

As part of our marketing initiatives to expand our brand recognition and awareness in the US Market, we use TrustRadius for Vendors as a tool to validate our company and solutions to possible clients in the sales cycle. Gaining credible "word of the client" reviews can be challenging, and TrustRadius for Vendors has given us a seat at the table against major players, while also making it easy to collect client feedback. It has also allowed us to gather customer feedback to improve our products or services, understand who is willing to be a reference client, and identify areas for growth. As part of our demand generation strategy, TrustRadius for Vendors has been a perfect solution to meet the awareness and lead generation goals gained through the positive customer reviews and simple integration to our CRM.

  • It has been fantastic for intent data and pooling that info into our data lake for better analysis on target accounts
  • It has helped boost net new lead gen and the quality of the leads is superior

We review the site every few days to see which companies have been on the site, who they have been looking at or comparing us to, and this information is shared with sales. We use the intent data as part of our scoring algorithm, towards target account selection, and through the Linkedin integration, served digital ads.
The review content is longer form, more detailed, and provides the reviewer the opportunity to look at the provider through a number of lenses. The reviews are performed by people who are the users of the technology, and sometimes the decision maker, and this valuable information they provide helps other companies better understand the vendors they are considering and the reasons for the choices they made.
We have a designated account manager who we meet with regularly. They work hard to ensure the relationship is successful.

TrustRadius for Vendors is a perfect fit for companies that are looking to expand awareness, gain credibility through the authenticity of their reviews, and understand clients who could be "in market." I would have to validate, but I don't think they are as strong in European markets.
