Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Vendors

We use TrustRadius as a trusted source for customer reviews of our RPA (Fortra' Automate) and WLA (Fortra's JAMS) solutions. We use these reviews as a resource to improve our products as well as share with potential customers what it's truly like to use our products. Our goal as a BU is to collect as many authentic and insightful real-user reviews as possible - TrustRadius really helps us with this iniaitive.

TrustRadius is great for tailoring questions to get at aspects of your business or solution you're looking to highlight.
All experiences with my CSM and Support have been very pleasant. They always respond within a few hours or any request.

TrustRadius a trusted source of truth when looking to purchase any software solution. I'd highly recommend EVERYONE look at their reviews before making a large investment such as a new enterprise-wide software purchase.
