Overall Satisfaction with TSheets

I am a small company (6 employees) and each member of the company, from the president down, tracks all time in TSheets. It allows us to track our time for billing and payroll.

Pros

  • Syncs with QuickBooks Online which was a go/no-go feature we needed for a program like this. The QBO-TSheet compatibility is superb!
  • We all like the ease of use both on desktop and mobile phones.
  • Easy to customize according to our needs.

Cons

  • I feel like the product works well as is.
  • OEC reduces our time reporting efforts and billing set up in QBO by 80%. We are very pleased.
Intuit seemed clumsy compared to TSheets. And again, it is the customer service that has made all the difference.
TSheets absolutely gets a 10 in my books. While the product is amazing, it is the customer service that makes all the difference. We are an office of biologists. While we fancy ourselves as pretty smart people, sometimes business tools can leave us staring at the computer screen in a stupor. So when I need assistance, the live chat feature saves the day - which, for a small company - means everything.
