Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I currently use TSheets in my practice and recommend it to clients to solve their need for payroll time tracking. It solves the issue of employees being able to report their time without having to access QuickBooks, and enables tracking time in an app that syncs with QuickBooks, eliminating duplicate data entry from spreadsheets and/or time cards.

Pros and Cons

Features are built out better than their competitors and keep improving.
Strong and reliable sync functionality with QuickBooks.
Excellent (free) customer support.

Sync PTO hours.
Extended customer support hours from 6 PM PST.
Biggest suggestion - make the settings and functions easier to find. The administrative role functions within TSheets are often not easy to find or intuitive. Add the ability to see changed payroll item mapping to employees.
