Overall Satisfaction with Typeform
Typeform was being used across the organization. We used this primarily for surveys to solicit feedback from donors and volunteers to improve our offerings and communication. Having these surveys informed our decisions as we planned from year to year to know we were improving and addressing concerns.

Typeform’s interface is the best out there. It’s visually appealing and I trust that the donors had a good experience with Typeform over any other survey tool.
