Overall Satisfaction with Ubiquiti WLAN
We are using it across the entire organization. This allows us to setup a single SSID that is accessible inside the entire building so devices are able to roam without losing connection. We are also using the Guest network capability so employee phones can get internet access without having access to the main network.

Cisco wireless is super expensive and the management is very complex. Ubiquiti wireless is both affordable and simple to setup. Ubiquiti has a more user friendly interface. Cisco does have more settings and more network monitoring stats but it's typically not worth the price.
