Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro
We are currently using the UKG Pro with the Payroll module. It is currently used by our entire organization however we do not have all modules turned on yet. As needed basis.
- Payroll Processing
- Easy to use
- User Friendly
- BI Reporting - A bit complicated for new users
- PTO Plans in real time (when vacation is entered into the gateway, it auto reduces the available balance on the EE profile).
- Eliminate the need for security questions when resetting password
Sometimes it takes pages a while to load, but not [too] bad (you get used to what to expect the longer you use it).
Sometimes it can be frustrating as a Canadian Client because when my team calls in for support we wait on hold, explain the situation, only to be redirected to someone on 'the Canadian team'. It would be nice if there was either a Canadian help line specifically, or all reps could assist with both.
