Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

UKG is used by HR to onboard new employees, our company benefits are through UKG, and we use the system to process our payroll and file our taxes.
  • Ease of running payroll is excellent
  • Rapid Response provides superior customer service
  • Customer Success Portal is a great tool and resource for all our needs
  • Response time for troubleshooting issues could be better.
  • We are able to get Payroll processed efficiently and timely
Pages load quickly! Reports generate within seconds! You also have the ability to create reports based on data needed. I also love the trainings that assist with this topic.
Rapid Response had been very helpful with issues. Giving it a 9 only because more follow up would be good for issues that are solved immediately.

I had an issue with a file I uploaded during payroll processing. I called Rapid Response and the representative not only assisted quickly, but made sure I was able to move on and complete the payroll.
UKG is far easier to process payroll than other systems I've used. Navigating around the system is very easy as well.
