Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro
We currently use UKG Pro as our system of record for HR and Payroll processing. We use it for reporting purposes to provide data and metrics to upper leadership and our investment firm, American Securities.
Pros
- Reporting
- Payroll Processing
- Performance Mgmt
Cons
- If a scheduled BI report fails to run due to an error, I wish UKG Pro had the functionality to send a notification to the user who scheduled the report. Currently, the only way to know if a scheduled report failed is if the intended recipient notifies you that they didn't receive it.
- I wish they would roll out functionality where you can mass update additional business rules. Currently, you can only mass add/update Jobs, Projects, Org Levels, and Locations. It would be beneficial if we had the ability to mass add/update salary grades, job families, job groups, and all the other business rules available. I know as a previous UKG EE, this functionality is available internally so I am not sure why it has not been rolled out for customers.
- It is easier to manager all HR activities within one platform and we are looking at other modules UKG offers to incorporate with our existing products. This will allow us to provide even more metric reporting to our upper leadership team and investment firm.
Do you think UKG Pro delivers good value for the price?
Yes
Are you happy with UKG Pro's feature set?
Yes
Did UKG Pro live up to sales and marketing promises?
I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process
Did implementation of UKG Pro go as expected?
I wasn't involved with the implementation phase
Would you buy UKG Pro again?
Yes
With UKG Pro being our system of record, all of our HR data is in one place for our users and administrators to access. It used to be where our users kept HR data at their individual sites and each site having their own process. Now, managers and administrators can access that data in one place, run reports, and our processes are more consistent.
