Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro
Currently use OKG Pro for HR/Payroll. Also use Kronos WFC for timekeeping and are in the final phases of implementing UKG Dimensions. I am a system admin in all these systems. UKG is used for all Payroll processes including time and attendance, accruals, pay, and all HR aspects.
- Payroll Processing
- Employee experience
- User Administration/Roles
- Integrations with WFD
- Historical Adjustments
- WFD Reporting
- Customer Portals of each side. Combined with a better feel should be addressed.
- Implementation groups that have knowledge of both WFD and PRO, not just one sided.
- Employee experience and ease of access and feel.
- Managing workflows and ease of use for Managers
- Payroll processing ease of use
Comparing to Workday, first thing you think of is cost. UKG has a better support system and support team. Engages well with customers and is not '3rd partied' out when it comes to support. Compared to Ceridian, in my opinion UKG is easier to use, easier to navigate, and also easier for the employee to navigate.
Do you think UKG Pro delivers good value for the price?
Are you happy with UKG Pro's feature set?
Did UKG Pro live up to sales and marketing promises?
Did implementation of UKG Pro go as expected?
Would you buy UKG Pro again?
As stated in other areas, the UKG Pro system is a easy navigated system. From an administrative approach, setting up the system for your companies needs is a user friendly experience. Easy menus that bring you to your desired location. Great SSO features for staff to use and make it easier to log into the system. Also a nice security area by using IP filtering and allowing limited access outside of that range.
Using the performance area was a good centralization for our company. Payroll set ups make it easy for auditing and preparing the companies payroll. For a company that has around 2700 employees, and only have 1 payroll admin processing is a plus to the systems functions.
I think the 2 sides, Kronos and Pro, are the top knotch on each side. Kronos does what it does, the best Time system, and I also feel the UlitPro side is the best HR/Payroll system. However, they are not combined together yet. The process I am sure is a difficult one, but it is creating headaches for customers that do use both sides. Integrations are not complete, and employees the Business Structure to Org Levels is not a match yet. Plus the updating of any job/org level/locations is not integrated yet. Position Management will be a great addition and we are signed up to be on the controlled role out. Looking forward to see how it all talks togeher once rolled out.
